  • It does not extend or modify the firm's fiduciary duties, contractual obligations, or regulatory requirements.
  • Third-party tools or broker interfaces integrated with Eshel Bot may not meet the same accessibility standards. Clients using such integrations acknowledge that accessibility is subject to third-party control.

Feedback, Complaint, and Resolution Process

Clients who encounter accessibility barriers may contact Eshel Spring LLC using the channels below. We have implemented a documented feedback and resolution process to review and respond to accessibility concerns:

Accessibility Feedback Process:

  1. 1Report: Clients submit accessibility issues via email or phone.
  2. 2Review: The accessibility team evaluates the report and determines feasible remediation steps.
  3. 3Resolution: Clients are notified of actions taken, estimated timelines, and any limitations in resolution.
  4. 4Escalation: Unresolved issues may be escalated to the Chief Compliance Officer for review.
